How we work
How a project runs
Four steps from first call to launch. Each one produces something concrete, so you always know where things stand.
Talk it through
Just describe the situation — you don't need to write it up first. We'll ask the questions that matter and tell you straight away what's technically feasible and roughly what scope it implies. No charge, and no obligation to work with us.
1–3 days
Prototype and quote
We turn the discussion into a clickable prototype, with an explicit feature list and a fixed quote. We don't start writing code until the prototype is signed off — most rework comes from starting before the process is settled.
3–7 days
Build and demo as we go
Work is split into stages, and each completed piece is deployed to a test environment for you to look at. You don't wait until the end to see something, and changes are far cheaper early than late.
Depends on scope
Launch and maintain
We help with deployment, train your operators, and hand over the full source and documentation. A free maintenance window follows launch; after that you can renew annually or maintain it yourself.
