Booking, attendance, credit deduction, and parent notifications in one mini program.
Background
A booking system for a K-12 tutoring centre. Scheduling and leave requests had been handled by message-chain in a group chat, which regularly produced mismatched lesson credits and disputes with parents. The system turned lesson credits into a proper account, so every booking and cancellation leaves a clear record.
